HIRING PROCESS

Join the Kablamo revolution

Our four-stage recruitment approach is a direct reflection of the careful consideration that goes into finding the perfect fit for a job at Kablamo.

1. Upon applying for a role with us, shortlisted candidates will receive a 30-45 min take-home assignment on a real-world task.

2. If successful, a one-hour technical interview will follow, allowing us to delve deeper into each candidate’s technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. This may include coding or design challenges.

3. The next stage of the hiring process is a one-hour cultural interview to discuss values, work ethic, and career goals.

4. The last stage is a standard pre-offer and reference check.
